Umlazi Welcomes First – Ever McDonalds & A New Mall

The 23 000m2 GLA, KwaMnyandu Shopping Centre is up and running in south-west township of Durban, Umlazi. Developed by KwaMnyandu Shopping Centre (PTY) Ltd, the R360 million development’s demonstrated proof to Nedbank Corporate Property Finance’s continued commitment to developing previously under-resourced areas.  Connected to the second-busiest train station in KZN – KwaMnyandu – the mall is set to enjoy maximum foot traffic, while providing commuters with convenience and easy access to shopping.
